Refund & Return Policy: Each Srim Jewels piece is handcrafted, prepared for ritual infusion, and intended for sacred use. Please review this policy carefully before purchase.

1. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement: An uninterrupted unboxing video is compulsory for any return or replacement request.
The video must:

• Clearly show the sealed package before opening
• Capture the full unboxing process without cuts
• Show the product clearly in the same recording

Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances. To ensure transparency, Srim Jewels provides a pre-boxing video upon request only.

2. Eligibility for Replacement: Replacements are accepted only in cases of:

• Product received in damaged condition (excluding packaging damage)
• Manufacturing defect (excluding packaging)
• Incorrect item delivered

Conditions:

• Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• All original tags, certifications, and invoice must be intact
• Unboxing video is mandatory
• Clear photographs along with the video must be emailed to: contact@srimjewels.com

Returns for change of mind, personal preference, or post-energization discomfort are not accepted.

3. Shipping Charges

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the error is ours).
• Return shipping costs, where applicable, must be borne by the customer.

Shipping & Delivery

• Domestic (India): 5–10 business days
• International: 10–20 business days (customs delays may occur; duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility)

Srim Jewels we assure quality and purity are as mentioned of the metal. Testing can be conducted on demand prior to shipment (additional cost applicable). Each product is accompanied by a statement of authentication.
